Claus Preisinger is one of the most important natural wine producers in Austria — a biodynamic farmer and minimal-intervention winemaker based in Gols, on the shores of the Neusiedlersee in Burgenland, whose wines have earned a devoted following across Europe and beyond. Preisinger has been farming organically and biodynamically for decades, and his commitment to the health of the land and the honesty of the wine is total. Puszta Blanca! is his signature white blend: a wine that captures the energy, freshness, and aromatic generosity that defines everything he does.

The blend brings together three varieties that each contribute something distinct: Grüner Veltliner brings the wine's structure and peppery, mineral backbone; Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) adds weight, texture, and a creamy, stone-fruit richness; and Muscat Ottonel lifts the whole with its characteristic floral and grapey aromatics, giving the wine a fragrance and immediacy that hits.
