Our most popular flavour of olive oil pearls, this bright orange, spicy ‘caviar’ is made from oil infused with fresh whole Mediterranean red hot chilli pepper. The spicy kick and novel texture make any meal a culinary experience, or sprinkle over the surface of a bloody mary to make a world class cocktail for your dinner guests.

USAGE: Before use, turn the jar a few times, to release the pearls full aroma. The pearls keep their shape up to 60°C, so add them to cold food at any time, or after cooking, to garnish hot dishes.
