Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 18-24 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then finally aged 8 months in 15-20 hectoliter Slavonian casks, then in cement tank for 6-8 months, followed by refinement in bottle for 3 months before release.

Potent wine with deep cherry, crushed rocks, smoke and musk and backed up with sandy tannins make this the ideal Chianti Classico for the well versed Chianti fan.
