Cheese & Wine Pairing: April 2026

This is our regular, monthly pairing event where we guide you through five wonderful, artisan cheeses and pair them with some truly exquisite wines not available at the LCBO. We'll take the time to talk about each component, why we chose it, why it works and what we look for when creating spectacular pairings. 

We'll talk about history, geography, and a little trivia. This is a fun event, with just enough information to make it interesting, but not a classroom. All items tasted will be available for purchase, just in case you find something you really love (we think you will!). 

This event run approximately 1.5 hours and includes 5x cheeses; 5x sips of wine; and an informative talk in which your participation is encouraged, but not required.
