Famille Ventoura is a small, family-run domaine in Chablis — the northernmost appellation of Burgundy and the world’s most celebrated address for unoaked Chardonnay. Grown on the appellation’s famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils — ancient seabed rich in fossilized oyster shells — this is Chablis in its purest, most honest expression.

Pale gold with a green tint and crystalline clarity. The nose is precise and inviting: green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and the unmistakable chalky, oyster-shell minerality that is Chablis’ calling card. On the palate, it is lean and focused — bright, steely acidity, delicate citrus fruit, and a long, dry, mineral finish with a saline edge that lingers beautifully. No oak, no softening — just pure terroir.
