“This wine is made with the gaillac method (méthode gaillacoise) – it’s an ancient method of making the sparkling wine, well know even before the Champagne “revolution”.
This natural sparkling wine is made only with the natural sugar from the grapes – traditionally no sugar nor liquor added. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped by the temperature controlling in the special cold rooms.
This natural petnat is characterising by low alcohol content. Very delicate perlage, notes of the apples, apricot and pear.” – Distillery Cazottes
