Geisha — originally from the Gori Gesha forest of Ethiopia, but transformed into a global phenomenon by Panamanian producers in the early 2000s — is prized for its extraordinary aromatic complexity: intensely floral, with jasmine, bergamot, and stone fruit character that is unlike any other coffee variety. The washed process strips away the fruit pulp before drying, producing a cup that is clean, transparent, and luminously bright — the purest possible expression of the Geisha’s floral, tea-like character.
