Partly reserve blend (35%) and partly wine from the previous five vintages, all from 3 villages in the Morin area: Etoges, Villevenard, Allemant. This spent 48 months on lees and 12 months in bottle post-disgorgement, with 9 g/L dosage. Chalky, citrus peel, saline edge, dryer finish than its dosage would suggest.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
