Bianco DiNapoli Crushed Tomatoes

Bianco DiNapoli is a collaboration between Chris Bianco — the James Beard Award-winning Phoenix pizzaiolo widely considered one of the best pizza makers in America — and Rob DiNapoli, whose family has been canning California tomatoes for four generations. The result is what many chefs consider the gold standard of canned tomatoes: organic California tomatoes grown specifically for flavour, processed at peak ripeness, and packed with nothing unnecessary.

The crushed tomatoes are milled and sifted to remove excess juice and seeds, then enriched with organic tomato purée to intensify the fresh harvest character. The cans are sealed and cooked immediately to lock in that brightness. The result is a tomato that tastes like summer — sweet, clean, and deeply flavourful, with none of the metallic edge or watery texture that plagues lesser cans. Use them for pizza sauce, pasta, braises, or anywhere you want the tomato to be the star.
