Bellux is a first time collaboration between Bellwoods Brewery and the Portland, Maine brewery Bissel Brothers.
The beer came from their well known pale ale, called Lux, hopped exclusively with Mosaic and brewed with rye. This version keeps the same recipe but bumps it up to IPA status. Expect notes of grape Fun Dip, strawberry jam and cotton candy.
