Italian style cows milk cheese, made in Wisconsin. This cheese begins its life in the image of the farmstead cheeses of Northern Italy. It's a little bit sharp, a little bit nutty, & a little bit sweet. Then, its bathed in balsamic vinegar from Modena. The rich fruity acid cuts through the fattiness of the cheese and lightens the whole experience up. It's zippy, fruity, sharp and so satisfying.
