A full-bodied, extra-aged gouda made to celebrate a century of Beemster cheese. Wheels are aged for 12 months, allowing for plenty of crunchy tyrosine crystals and intense flavours to form around that typical Beemster sweetness. Pairs perfectly on a charcuterie board with lightly spiced salami, ham, and apples. For drink, an IPA, Cabernet Sauvignon, or oaked Chardonnay will do you no wrong.
