These golden-green botanical pearls, flavoured with fresh basil leaves, are perfect scattered over slices of creamy mozzarella and fresh tomato for a modern, herbal twist.

USAGE: Before use, turn the jar a few times, to release the pearls full aroma. The pearls keep their shape up to 60°C, so add them to cold food at any time, or after cooking, to garnish hot dishes.
