Crafting natural wines in a tiny village just outside of Arbois in the Jura , Antoine & Julia source organic & biodynamically farmed fruit from friends and colleagues across France . This wine is made from Grenache Noir on vines almost 100 years old in the Languedoc . Extended maceration and then aged over a year in old barrels . Sage and anise on the nose. Salted plum and cherry pie on the palate .
