At just 22, young Theo Dancer took over winemaking at his father's famed estate: Vincent Dancer. While producing wine for the domaine, Theo branched out under his own label. For this project, he sourced grapes dear to his heart that he enjoyed drinking with his father.
For Aragon, Theo sourced Grenache from Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, Côte du Rhône. But this is Grenache through a Burgundy lens: a unicorn, stripping away the weight and heat typical of Southern Rhone, leaving behind an ethereal, spicy, translucent red that defies the lawn of the variety.
