Pressed Vidal grape skins were aged in saline water from Revel's aquifer for a week, then blended with almost every stone fruit processed in 2025 - apricots, nectarines, and two varietals of peaches.
Pithy apricot and silky peach with a cheeky saline finish, intertwined with the sweet-citrus herbal notes of its Vidal backbone. Drink fresh.
