The 2015 vintage in Tuscany was outstanding — a warm, dry growing season that produced wines of exceptional concentration, structure, and ageing potential. Villa Antinori is a blend of Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah: the Sangiovese brings the wine's characteristic Tuscan backbone — bright acidity, firm tannin, and the cherry and dried herb complexity that defines the variety — while the international varieties add body, depth, and a rounding richness that makes the wine accessible alongside its structure. In the 3000ml double-magnum format, this is a wine built to age gracefully for many years and to command the room at any table it appears on.
