Outside of Weizen, Altbier is one of the only traditional top-fermented beers left in Germany. Burdock's take is a smooth, copper ale brewed in the traditional style using Primo german hops and malts. Expect notes of pretzel sticks, butter biscuits, and caramel, elegantly balanced by a subtle bitterness that gives it a clean and refreshing finish.
