Terra de Godos Albarino '25

Adega Pedralonga is a small, family-run estate in Rías Baixas — the Atlantic-facing appellation in Galicia, northwestern Spain, that produces some of the world's most distinctive white wines. Terra de Godos is their Albaríno: a single-vineyard expression from old vines grown on granite soils just inland from the coast, where the Atlantic influence keeps temperatures cool and the wines bright and mineral.

At 13% ABV this is a serious Albaríno with real depth — expect ripe white peach, citrus zest, and a saline, almost briny quality on the nose that speaks directly to the ocean proximity. The palate is full and textured with vibrant acidity and a long, mineral finish. Pair it with oysters, grilled fish, seafood rice, or a soft-ripened cheese. One of the most food-friendly whites you can buy at any price. Serve well chilled.
