From the rugged Atlantic coast of the Basque Country, Zudugarai's Txakolina Rosé is a rare and captivating expression of the indigenous Hondarribi Beltza grape — a variety almost never vinified on its own as a rosé.
Pale salmon in the glass with a lively, effervescent mousse, this wine bursts with aromas of wild strawberry, sea spray, and crushed herbs. On the palate it's bracingly fresh, bone dry, and electric with natural acidity — the kind of wine that makes you reach for another glass before the first is finished.
