Stéphane Aviron is passionate about sustainable agriculture, and returning to classical winemaking techniques. Made from 50+ year old vines, this Gamay is juicy and refreshing, exceptionally easy to drink. With fruity and floral notes of strawberry and spice, it pairs well with any dish or as an aperitif. 

We approach our wines in the same way we approach our cheeses: with respect, admiration and above all a commitment to exciting, transparent winemaking by some of the most exciting Vignerons in the world. Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
