Spolu means "together," a fitting name for this wine, as it combines both white and red varieties—Blaufränkisch, Grüner Veltliner, and Riesling.

The winemaking process is unique, with 50% of the Blaufränkisch undergoing semi-carbonic fermentation in direct-pressed Riesling juice, alongside destemmed Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. The wine ferments for two weeks and is then aged for one year in neutral oak barrels, resulting in a balanced 12.5% alcohol. 

Visually, a light magenta. Cherry, raspberry, flowers, herbs. This wine is stunning—one that Loire Valley or drinkers of juicy Ardèche wines will love. Tiny, tiny quantities produced, so nab one while you can.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
