Pouilly-Fuisse "La Marechaude" 1er Cru ‘24

Jessica Litaud's Pouilly-Fuissé "La Maréchaude" 1er Cru '24 is a benchmark expression of white Burgundy from one of the appellation's finest classified sites. Litaud is among the most exciting young vignerons working in the Mâconnais today, farming organically and vinifying with minimal intervention to let the terroir of La Maréchaude speak clearly and without embellishment.

The result is a Chardonnay of real precision and depth: ripe golden apple, white pear, hazelnut, a whisper of toasted oak, and a long, saline mineral finish that is the hallmark of great Pouilly-Fuissé. At 12.5% ABV it's elegant and restrained, with the structure to age gracefully over the next 5–8 years.

Pair with lobster, roast scallops, aged Comté, or a fine roast chicken. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free.
