A White Wine from Chile's Most Ancient Grape

País Salvaje is something genuinely rare — a white mutation of País, the ancient grape brought to Chile by Spanish missionaries in the 16th century, found growing exclusively in Bouchon's old-vine vineyards in the Maule Valley. This is not a grape you'll find anywhere else in the world.
