Field Blend Ancestral '23

Dean Stoyka is pushing Stratus into the status of one of our favourite wineries. He's really pursued environmental farming and winemaking in Niagara, shifting the facility into better eco-conscious methods through-and-through.

Though more formally known for their classy big red wines, this is a wild Pet-Nat field blend featuring: Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon. (Hot tip... almost all the Semillon in Ontario is good, go get it!) Dry with candied fruit notes, some cardamom and lemon curd backed with tropical fruits. A new generation makes its mark on a storied winery and we are so excited.
