A pure, vibrant expression of Etna’s northern slopes. Mostly Carricante with 20% Grecanico, from 35–80-year-old vines. The volcanic sands and ripiddu stones give a salty backbone, while 12 hours on skins and fermentation in cement bring texture. Crisp, mineral, flinty and focused with beautiful creaminess on the palate, this Bianco shows citrus, herbs, and smoke.
