Dobbin's Dry Riesling '19 is a textbook expression of Niagara Peninsula terroir — precise, mineral-driven, and built to age. Sourced from the Twenty Mile Bench sub-appellation, this is Riesling at its most focused: bone dry, with a laser-sharp acidity that carries notes of green apple, white peach, lemon zest, and a signature petrol whisper that signals serious provenance.
