The Baluma is a wine grown at an altitude of 500 meters, in west facing vineyards. The soils are a mix of clay, tuff and calcareous marl.  After macerating for 8 to 10 days on the skins, the wine is matured for six months in 500L oak barrels.

You will find ripe strawberries and cherries, combined with a light floral note on the nose, and a juicy palate with just the right amount of tannins to give this wine the structure to balance the fruitiness.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
