Joue White '24

Averill Creek's Joué White '24 is a textured, aromatic white blend from the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island — one of BC's most exciting and undersung wine regions. A field-blend-style co-fermentation of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Chardonnay, it's a wine that's greater than the sum of its parts: each variety contributes something distinct, and together they produce something genuinely compelling.

Expect ripe pear, lychee, white peach, and a hint of ginger spice from the Gewurztraminer, grounded by the Pinot Gris's texture and the Chardonnay's freshness and length. 

Pair with aged washed-rind cheeses, roast pork, Thai or Vietnamese cuisine, or a rich seafood chowder. A natural showcase for what Vancouver Island can do.
