Isabella & Northfield Block Pinot Gris '25

The Grange of Prince Edward is one of Prince Edward County's founding estates — a winery that has been making the case for the County as serious wine country since the early 2000s, farming limestone-rich soils that produce whites of real texture and mineral depth. This Pinot Gris is a single-vintage blend of two named blocks — Isabella and Northfield — each contributing distinct character from their specific terroir within the estate.

This is a fuller-bodied Pinot Gris with presence and weight — expect ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of spice on the nose, a rich and textured mid-palate, and a long, mineral finish that reflects the County's distinctive limestone bedrock. It's the kind of white that works as well with food as it does on its own. Pair it with roast pork, grilled salmon, aged Ontario cheddar, or a soft-ripened cheese like Brie. Serve slightly cool.
