Les Terres Blances Bourgogne Aligote '22

Elsa and Cédric Ehrhart are based in Beaune and are relative newcomers to Burgundy, but are quickly making their mark. Their commitment to organic farming is matched in the winery with no additives, no chapitalization, no fining, no filtering and even avoiding racking and batonnage until bottling.

Their aligote plot, is in Savigny Les Beaune, one of our  favourite villages in Burgundy. This has electricity and vibrancy alongside orchard fruit and sme lemon zest aromas. This is a wine worth aging as well and can get curry-like aromas with a decade or so of bottle age.
