We love the grape Albarino.
At it's best it kind of reminds us of the texture and body of Chablis, but with more vibrant peachy and tropical fruit notes. This one also has this aroma of freshly cut grass and minerality of great Sauvignon Blanc. Dry. Flinty. Zesty. Acidic. Refreshing. Tasty.
This one comes from Val do Salnés, a sub-region of Rias Baixas. A region on the Atlantic Coast of Spain.
