Since 1902 the Borsari bakery has been producing their traditional Christmas cakes in Verona Italy, steeped in history and tradition, it is our pleasure to bring them to you.
This traditional panettone is made with cadied fruits for a nostalgic flavour you'll never forget.
WHEAT flour, dark chocolate chips 15% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural vanilla flavor), black cherry filling 15% (dextrose, glucose syrup, sugar, water, black cherry juice 12%, lemon juice, flavorings, gelling agents: pectin and sodium alginate), BUTTER, fresh EGGS* 12%, dark chocolate coating 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural vanilla flavor), sugar, fresh EGG* yolk 4.5%, natural yeast 4% (WHEAT flour, water), rehydrated whole MILK powder, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; glucose syrup, flavorings, salt, cocoa butter.
