Slobodne Vinarstvo translates into "Free Winery," a reference to the family's reclamation of their land after being repossessed by the Nazis. The winery is entirely organic and certified biodynamic. In this cuvee, expect dark red fruits with balanced acidity and nice structure. One thing we love about the Slobodne wines is that there is a very mild dilly flavour present across their releases that provides depth and freshness to the wines.
