Kindeli is a small natural wine producer based in Nelson, at the top of New Zealand's South Island — a region of exceptional clarity and beauty that produces wines of real freshness, precision, and personality. The project is the work of Alex Craighead, a winemaker with a deep commitment to organic and biodynamic farming and a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar that lets the fruit and the place speak without interference.

Tinto is Kindeli's red: an unconventional assemblage of Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Riesling that captures the energy and freshness of Nelson fruit. Alex works with varieties that thrive in the region's cool, bright growing season — producing wines with the kind of vibrant acidity, fine tannin, and vivid fruit character that defines the best natural reds from the southern hemisphere.
