Bürklin-Wolf makes these incredibly long-lived and expressive Rieslings which teach you about the great terroirs of Germany. Organic and biodynamic with a 400 year history that is still relevant and exciting today.
This is their wine which is the most fruity and pleasure-driven, slightly off-dry and fun. We don't always agree with the big wine critics, but James Suckling reviewed this wine as tasting like a "summer meadow" and we love that.
Peach, apple, lemon-lime and pear notes. Zippy, refreshing, acidic and electric.
