This wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Vaccarèse and Carignan from vines that are between 5 and 30 years of age. Both fermented and aged in tank to preserve the freshness of the wine. This wine is very aromatic with a lively nose of violets, spice and blue/black fruit. Marked by vibrant acidity, this wine has incredible flavour concentration with notes of blackberry, pepper, mushroom and a hint of chocolate. Very drinkable, you could even serve this with a slight chill if enjoying it in the summer.
