This grape Jacquere is a cheese pairing cheat code. The area around Savoie where it is made is such a banger area for cheese and this kind of goes with everything. It has the vibrant acidity, some richness and a touch of herbal quality that makes it a go to for... Reblochon, Tomme de Savoie, Raclette and even hard alpine cheeses like Gruyere and Comte.
A personal favourite pairing is Marechal, but you really can't go wrong here. The quality-price ratio is among the best we've ever seen. Oh and one more thing... surprisingly versatile tinned fish pairing weapon.
