Plump, sustainably caught Atlantic mackerel fillets are bathed in a rich, velvety Dijon mustard sauce made with fresh cream, white wine, and a whisper of garlic and spice. The result is deeply satisfying — the bold, oily richness of mackerel perfectly tempered by the tangy, creamy mustard sauce. Elegant enough for a cheese board, easy enough for a weeknight.
