Fruit from 2020 with 14% reserve wine from 2018-2019. Put into bottle in July of 2021. Was Disgorged February 2024. Dosage of 3g/L. 100% Chardonnay. Fruit from Grand Cru vineyards from the Cote de Blancs. Use of stainless and oak, with 36 months on lees.
