Italian legend says this cheese was invented in 1489 for the wedding of Isabella D'Aragona and Gian Galeazzo Sforza, the son of the Duke of Milan, which included Leonardo Da Vinci as a guest.
Made of raw cow's, raw goat's and raw sheep's milk, this tiered-wedding cake shaped cheese is packed with loads of flavour and nuance. Featuring a milky, salty, pleasantly tart flavour along with notes of nuts and forest mushrooms, this cheese isn't just fun to look at but a joy to eat too.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
