A modern and pasteurized version of a truly special cheese from the Auvergne region of France. This long loaf of a cheese was inspired by sausages that would be hung by twine in a chimney to cure for a few weeks.

It's smokey and reminiscent of charcuterie, with savoury-sweet lanolin notes and a touch of caramel. Cut into cubes and enjoy as an aperitif!
