The beer was dry hopped primarily with an experimental New Zealand hop called Manilita developed by Freestyle Hops. It has Sweet Tropical, Red Grapefruit, Gummy Bear and Papaya notes. We added a touch of Motueka and Riwaka hops as well.
It’s soft with a full mouthfeel that really accentuates the ripe tropical fruit juice character.
