Tout Au Four is a French cooking term meaning “everything in the oven!”, which also nicely sums up this four-way seasonal collab project.
This light, crispy Lager was brewed in collaboration with Isle De Garde. Franconian lager yeast and hopped exclusively with Mandarina Bavaria makes for an exceptionally light-bodied, easy-drinking Lager with notes of orange zest, wildflower honey and flower petals.
