Tamarack Farms is a closed loop farm in Northumberland Country, Ontario. We are lucky enough to stock a few of their coveted products. Only ever made with Seville oranges imported straight from Seville and a fine cut shred. Bright and fresh, this marmalade is a ray of sunshine during the cold winter months. This version is plussed up with Italian spirit Campari for an extra citrus punch.
