Xoloveza is a beer collab with Chocosol Traders in celebration of Day of the Dead. Mario, our Bellwoods Rep came up with the idea who wanted to pay homage to the Mexican holiday.
Xoloveza is an Imperial Stout made with vanilla, cinnamon, cacao nibs, habanero peppers, rosita de cacao - and a whole lot of love. The meaning of Xoloveza derives from "Xoloitzcuintle" (a Mexican hairless dog believed to guide souls to the next world) and "cerveza" (which means beer in Spanish).
