From the makers: "Sidro is a collab with our friends at Bar Volo, and it's our first ever cider with a little bit of residual sweetness. It drinks like the iconic ciders served in UK pubs. Bright malic acidity, restrained apple tannins, all balanced by a a few grams of natural apple sugars. It's funky/fresh, but mostly just fresh and juicy and delicious."
