Happy Place, the latest in our beer-wine hybrid series, is a naturally conditioned saison aged on Cab Franc grapes and skins while the canes and vines are harvest-dried, to smoke a portion of the grain, adding tannin and structure. Dry with a piquette-like intensity Happy Place presents delicate red fruit with a restrained tartness and a refreshing finish.
