“Birra di Giardino" meaning “Garden Beer” – a beer best consumed during the hot months in good quantity. The inspiration is De La Senne’s Taras Boulba, which is a very noble-hop forward refreshing Belgian ale. AllFrench hops (Strisselspalt, Mistral, Triskel) utilized in as many parts of the brewing process as possible. The beer drinks very clean, crisp and on the bitter end with a noble-hop floral/herbaceous punch in both aroma and flavour.
