From the winemaker "Giosuè is a rosato of 50/50 Riesling and Cab Franc pressed
together as a direct press and aged on its lees in stainless steel for
7 months and never racked. The Riesling is from a small plot of
only Riesling planted near Georgian Bay. Even though it was
harvested November 5th 2023 it came in at under 17 brix. The Cab
Franc was grown by Eric Willms in Niagara. Native yeast
fermentation. Unfiltered and zero additions."
